As an entrepreneur, non-profit organizer and career Army officer, he brings a diverse set of skills into all training and consulting sessions. These sessions provide leaders useful tools to take their organization to the next level. His specialty is working with private and non-profit organizations in the areas of leader development and cultural improvement. He is a proven leader at multiple levels of military and non-profit organizations.
Rodney frequently speaks to volunteers with veteran organizations that support families of fallen service members.
He is also the recipient of the 2013 Boston Athletic Association's Patriot Award. This is awarded to a New England based individual, group, or organization that is patriotic, philanthropic, and inspirational to foster goodwill and sportsmanship.
