A 360 assessment of participant's skills is a key component of this seminar. Our team will facilitate a 360 assessment for each participant canvasing his or her supervisors, peers, and subordinates. Pre-Seminar leadership assessments:

  • Give a detailed picture of individual leadership strengths, behaviors and preferences
  • Identify and clarify development needs
  • Establish a foundation for significant personal and professional growth

Prior to the seminar, participants identify a challenge they have to leading strategically and have an hour session with an executive mentor to discuss and clarify the challenge.


In the Seminar, the participant's focus on:

  • A business simulation to experience the creation, implementation and execution of strategy
  • Experiential activities, practice sessions and deeper learning
  • A personal session with their executive mentor to clarify thinking and plan next steps
  • Peer learning groups to provide feedback, insight, suggestions and support

Post Work:

Post-seminar participants apply and sustain their learning via ongoing support:

  • Two one hour executive mentoring sessions
  • A job aid to help participants utilize the tools introduced in the program
